(Marcy's Introduction) Weight loss 2012: I have started this blog to keep track of how many pounds I lose on the #1 selling weight loss drug, hydroxycut (original formula). From this day forward I will be keeping track of my daily weight, a record of my daily workout routine, and listing the meals which I have consumed within the 24 hour periods. I plan on doing this for a year so people can read on how effective this is, and despite my humiliation I will be posting weekly pictures of my body to demonstrate any signs of progress. ----- (Brittni's Introduction) Weight loss 2012:I am starting this blog to keep track of how many pounds I lose one years time while using one of the #1 weight loss drugs, as well as monitoring my portions and also through exercise. Unlike Marcy, I will be using Hydroxycut Max! For Women. I will be keeping record of my progress throughout this process describing in journal form the amount of Hydroxycut Max! I consume daily, my daily workout routine, and the foods I eat. I will also record my daily weight, as well as post a picture of my weekly progress.

Day 1 (1-24-12)

January 24:
Weighed at 139.0 … Not a bad weight, but considered overweight for my height (5’0).
I have begun taking hydroxycut: 1 tablet, 3 times a day, 30 minutes before each meal.
For breakfast I have eaten a piece of toast with a small bit of peanut butter on it, half a cup of coffee and have started to drink from a 64 ounce water bottle. (I was never a breakfast eater myself, but I hear it’s important to boost your metabolism at the beginning of each day.) For lunch, I will be eating a lean cuisine meal (not sure which one yet… there are a mountain of them in my freeze.) For dinner, I plan to eat a cup of pasta and a healthy portion of baked chicken breast.
I plan on drinking an entire 64 ounce water bottle daily.
For working out today, I plan on doing two, thirty minute zumba sessions on the wii, as well as a daily “sweat point graph,” on just dance on the wii, and then the wii fit because it measures daily progress.
I also plan to go grocery shopping at some point today for healthier meals for dinner.
I have lost a significant amount of weight before, but because I wasn’t careful afterwards I gained the majority of it (minus about ten pounds) back. I know I can do it again, and this time keep it off.

January 24, 2012- Day 1
Weight- 219.6
I have begun taking Hydroxycut Max! For Women, 1 tablet 3 times daily.
For breakfast I ate one bowl of oatmeal with two tsp. of low calorie sweetner (splenda)
Drinking at least 8-8 oz. bottles of water per day.
Workout- two 30 minute zumba sessions on the Wii, as well as a daily sweat point graph, and Wii Fit.
I plan to go the grocery store at some point today.
For lunch, Lean Cuisine.
And Dinner, a cup of pasta with a healthy portion of chicken breast.
