(Marcy's Introduction) Weight loss 2012: I have started this blog to keep track of how many pounds I lose on the #1 selling weight loss drug, hydroxycut (original formula). From this day forward I will be keeping track of my daily weight, a record of my daily workout routine, and listing the meals which I have consumed within the 24 hour periods. Unlike Marcy, I will be using Hydroxycut Max! For Women. I will be keeping record of my progress throughout this process describing in journal form the amount of Hydroxycut Max! I consume daily, my daily workout routine, and the foods I eat. I will also record my daily weight, as well as post a picture of my weekly progress.

Does your food intake look like this?

According to several articles I have studied throughout the past twenty four hours a huge cause in becoming overweight is simply because the average human rarely eats according to the food pyramid. Obviously, quickly prepared, cheap food such as mcdonalds, burger king, taco bell.... you get the point, it contributes highly to weight gain as well. Also, PORTIONS! Most people eat atleast DOUBLE the amount of each food group that they are supposed to eat in one day... isnt that crazy? Typically, your serving of meat should be no bigger than a deck of cards. I know that seems like it isnt much, but if you try it for a couple of days you WILL get to the point where a serving that size fills you up granted you eat it slowly. It takes your stomach 20 minutes to realize it is full, so do not be alarmed if after you finish your meal you instantly want to run in line for seconds. HOLD OFF... If you drink a full glass of water before dinner, you will feel full with the correct amount of portions on your plate. I also read last night that drinking 8- 8 ounce glasses of water (or you can carry around a huge water bottle like we do) will help you quickly develope the flat tummy area that you are after. If you are like me (marcy speaking), drinking water is a task. What I have done to help myself is put a couple of squirts of lemon juice into my water bottle to give it a little bit of flavor. Obviously, I want to stress the fact that you MUST work out daily! Not only is it good for your physical being, but it is great for your emotional being! Whether you play the wii, walk a mile or two, jog... what have you, working out is the most important parts of achieving the body that you want. Keep working at it... If we can do this, anyone can!
